Temecula Valley CRUSH, a Wine & Culinary Showcase

Lazy Dog Temecula is proud to participate in the 2011 CRUSH! Do you have a CRUSH on Temecula? Join the winery owners, winemakers and growers of the Temecula Valley as we celebrate California Wine Month, Temecula Style, at our Wine and Culinary Showcase, CRUSH. The vineyard surrounded patio of the beautiful Monte de Oro Winery plays host to the event. This is the ONE and ONLY event showcasing the wines of all 34 member wineries of the Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association in one location. Winery owners, winemakers and chefs will mingle amongst the guests sampling incredible Temecula Valley wines along with the culinary creations of both winery and local restaurants. The David Maldonado Band will provide live entertainment for the evening.

Ride Day for Daleigh at Pala Raceway in California

Raffle, Food, Pro FMX & BMX Bemos for a 5 year old Daleigh Ford who has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia. Many companies are involved and have donated product to be raffled off at the event, including Osiris Shoes, Sullen, WAR, F-Word, Sheckler Racing, Gibson Performance and Huntington Ink! Please get anyone and everyone to go to this! Its going to be a great event to show support for little Daleigh and to help fight this battle with Leukemia. Chronic Taco's will be there catering food alongside Pro FMX rider, Destin Cantrell, Taylor Sterner, and hopefully many others. Would love to see you all there!!!!! This is a VERY family friendly event, bring anyone and everyone you want!

Spirit of Philantrophy Award Winner

Lazy Dog Temecula awarded Spirit of Philanthropy winner, Ali Wixom, a local eighth grader the day before their grand opening this year. Miss Wixom’s teacher, Vanessa Westmoreland, submitted the nomination letter for her , telling us, “She is a role model because she is a good kid who gets good grades and makes good choices even when no else is looking. She does the right thing because it is the right thing to do.“ Ali also volunteers at Sterling Retirement Home in Vintage Hills every Sunday, plays in the Inland Valley Youth Symphony and is a member of the California Junior Scholarship Federation.

Additionally, Komen for the Cure ranked second on the 2010 list of the nation’s most trusted charities. Thank you to all who help us daily in the fight to end breast cancer!
