Connecting Cultures Through Music and Dance. The City of Cerritos and the Let Freedom Ring Committee, in conjuction with Los Cerritos Center, invites participants to attend the annual Festival of Friendship. The festival provides the community with an unique opportunity to learn about the City's rich diversity through a variety of cultural acts performed on several stages throughout the center. Local community groups will be featured entertainment as they display an assortment of ethnic songs and dances of their native cultures.
