In the summer of 2003, restaurant veteran Thomas Simms, founder of Mimi's Café, and his entrepreneurial son, Chris, joined forces to open the Lazy Dog Café. With the help of chef-partner, Gabriel Caliendo, who left his position as Executive Sous Chef at the Ritz Carlton to join the Simms’, the more-than-capable team behind the Lazy Dog Café has successfully catapulted the restaurant far beyond expectations.

The extensive lunch and dinner menus feature items inspired by cultures from around the world.
